We deliver office, retail, hospitality and residential interiors, coordinating joinery, ceilings, partitioning, flooring, lighting and MEP so trades don't undo each other's work. Where a building is occupied, we phase works and program noisy activity around tenant hours.
Material selections are made with maintenance in mind: finishes that clean up, hardware that keeps working, and specifications you can re-order in three years when a panel gets damaged.

Can you work in an occupied office or building?
Yes. We phase the programme, isolate work zones, and schedule noisy or disruptive tasks outside business hours where required.
Do you provide the interior design as well?
We deliver to your designer's drawings, and where you don't have one we can coordinate design input through our network of consultants.
Is joinery made off-site?
Where it improves quality and speed, yes — components are fabricated off-site and installed on a short, controlled site window.
